Change of Mind

    We do not offer exchange or refunds where you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection. Health and safety regulations prohibit any item that may have come into direct bodily contact CANNOT being returned. The Australian Health Regulation do not permit the exchange of a used pillow. We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with you order.

Replacement or Exchange

You are entitled to a full replacement or exchange including shipping costs if:

  • the goods are faulty goods are different to the product you purchased on the website;
  • the goods were damaged in transit 

The pillow that you return to us must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of dispatch.
  • Returned with a copy of your tax invoice.
  • Please contact us with details of damage or fault.
  • Be sure to quote your invoice number and we will arrange a replacement.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship our products to Australia wide destinations only.
Our Standard Shipping can take 3 - 10 days depending where you live in Australia.
If you prefer 3 days guaranteed delivery please chose the express shipping option when placing your online order.

Out of Stock Items

If part of an order is out of stock or for any reason we are unable to dispatch you order we will notify you within 2 working days with an expected back in stock date and we will proceed with your order as directed. If you have questions about our delivery policy
